Read Reviews
You can read what other patients have said about Grove Road Surgery and leave your own review easily. Simply visit our Google Maps Listing and click on the “Reviews” tab to see ratings and comments from other patients.
Leaving Your Own Review
If you’d like to share your experience, you can rate the practice yourself using the star system and write a short comment about your visit. Every review helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. We greatly appreciate your time and feedback and thank you for helping us provide the best possible care.
Take the Friends & Family Test
Take a short 2-minute, anonymous online survey about how likely you are to recommend your GP surgery to your family and friends, if they need treatment or care by answering 2 simple question about your experience:
“How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they need similar care or treatment?”
You will be asked to choose one of six options, ranging from 'extremely likely' to 'extremely unlikely'.
You will also be invited to tell us:
“What is the main reason for your answer to the question?”
The information gives us valuable feedback on what you think of the care and treatment you have received, which, along with existing ways of gathering feedback, will help the practice to make improvements for patients.
